E-Bike Repair Technician

Electrified Ebikes is an Electric Bike Retailer and Repair Shop. This job summary describes a position for E-Bike Repair Technicians for Electrified.

We are a company focused on Sales and service of electric bikes. The technicians will be responsible for Selling and repairing the electric bikes. We also will train the right candidate.

We are a high volume store and are only looking for a motivated person that wants to make more money and is a team player and a Happy Human is a must! If that’s you, let’s talk!

Here are the qualifications, skills, and responsibilities associated with the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive repairs on our customers bikes. Ranging from basic tasks like tightening bolts, up to the replacement of motors.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure all Bikes meet safety standards.
  • Follow processes to log and track maintenance records for each bike and customer.
  • Monitor inventory levels of accessories and parts on an ongoing basis.
  • Perform field tasks when required, such as battery swapping and redistribution.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Sales and Customer Service experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair. (WILL TRIAN THE RIGHT PERSON)
  • Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.

 

Nice to have:

  • Previous maintenance experience with bikes, automobiles.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
